These four are the minimum, always — most months something extra finds its way into the envelope. You'll see.

In every parcel

A printed tracker, designed not clinical.

Every parcel includes a hand-designed A5 tracker sheet for the month ahead. Shade a circle a day, rate what showed up, and by the third month you can see your own pattern on paper — the bit that makes PMDD survivable.

  1. 28 circles, one per day

    The late-luteal stretch is already shaded in, so the heavy days stop arriving as a surprise.

  2. Words, not a symptom code

    Fog, rage, tearful, ache, wired. Language that sounds like you rather than a medical form.

  3. Paper, on purpose

    Nothing to log into and no data going anywhere. Pin it up, fill it in with your morning coffee, keep the set.

  4. Worth bringing to an appointment

    Three sheets side by side say more to a GP than trying to describe it from memory.
