Every piece is packed by hand and sent from my studio in Brighton. Here's what to expect.
Shipping costs

You'll choose your shipping at checkout, and everything is sent tracked. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the UK are the buyer's responsibility.
Dispatch
Originals are dispatched within 5 working days. Prints are made to order and usually ship within 7–10 working days. I'll email you tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Packaging
Originals ship flat in a custom-built archival sleeve with rigid backing; larger works may be sent rolled in a tube. Prints are sent flat or rolled depending on size, interleaved with acid-free tissue.
Returns
- Originals — 14-day returns. Email me first, then return the piece unframed in its original packaging. Once it's safely back, I'll refund within 5 working days. Return postage is the buyer's, except where the work arrived damaged or faulty.
- Prints — made to order, so they're non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or there's a fault.
- Commissions — bespoke and non-refundable once approved, though we'll have agreed everything together before I begin.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, please email hello@ly-art.co.uk with a photo within 7 days and I'll make it right — a repair, replacement, or refund.
